Gather Together Fall Leaf Trio

Its fall here in the southern Wisconsin, so of course its fall in my stamp room too. Today's project for our monthly blog hop is a trio of fall leaves gathered together on one card.  This beautiful fall imagery was made using Stampin'UP!'s Gathered Leaves dies and Come Together stamp set.

Isn't this a pretty color combination for autumn?  I love Stampin'UP! colors and I especially love the quality of their papers. In fact, that is one of the reasons I became a demonstrator (that and the discount!)

If you're like me you really appreciate when a stamp set has a coordinating punch or set of dies. Its such a time saver for creating layers on a project!

Another must have for making layers is a package of Dimensionals. These are little foam bits with adhesive on both sides. Perfect for making your layers stand out and adding dimension and texture to a project. Dimensionals are a very inexpensive item that should be on every stamper's desk!

In my opinion everyone needs a good, versatile fall stamp set and this one is as good as I've seen. I especially like the variety of leaf shapes and sizes, and the font is so pretty.  Plus there's an added feature with these leaf dies: the 3 small leaf dies actually emboss the paper as well as cuttingCheck out this card post to see what what the embossing leaf dies can do.  Another thing I like is the price point. While you can buy the stamp set and the dies individually, you save 10% when you bundle the 2 products.  And for only $38.50 USD this is an extremely reasonably priced bundle.  see the full product list with purchasing links at the bottom of the post.

The leaf color for today's card was from the papers.  Check here to see a different card also made with the Gathered Leaves Dies and Come Together Stamp set where I painted the leaves.
