This winter card uses a Snowman as the "O" in the word Frosty. And today I have a tip to share on how to place the letters evenly when you stamp something like this - a word using individual letter stamps.
This series of photos shows the steps:
1. place the letters and the die cut first
2. THEN put the block on the letters so they're all mounted together
3. Leave the die cut image in place for reference while you ink and stamp the letters
Voila! perfect placement!
The letters are on this card are the perfect size and I love the casual font.
They're from Stampin'UP!'s Layered Letters Stamp Set - and they're perfect for this project.
My happy snowman is from a stamp set called *Snow Place. This set also includes an adorable little penguin and lots of different words for a whole variety of winter occasions. Click Here to see a card made with the penguin.
And for those of us who grew up playing with paper dolls there's also a bunch of accessories you can use to dress up your snowman and penguin. Fun, fun fun!
You can hand cut the parts, or get the matching set of *Snow Friends Framelits.
And just an FYI: if you decide to get both together you can Save 15% by buying them as a bundle.
Thanks for Stopping by: Take a minute and browse previous posts. If you see anything you like I'm happy to
help you get the product or just to consult and explain further how the
project was made . . . its all about having fun with our
hobby.
