Glassine Gift Bags with Copper Embossing

How do you wrap presents? Traditional box and wrapping paper?
How about a sweet little hand-decorated gift bag?

I recently made a dozen of these and they went together very quickly. I'm the coordinator of an event and I wanted to give a gift to all the helpers. Stampin'UP! actually sells these little gift bags so it was really easy to put together.
  • Each bag contains a small item as the gift
  • I decorated a piece of cardstock
  • Folded the bag closed and attached the decoration with a little gold clip. Voila! super easy.

The flowers are my new favorite die: the Botanical Builders dies - I really like all the dimension and texture you get with these dies. And speaking of texture: the base of the card is both texture embossed and heat embossed. I used the same copper embossing powder as on this feather card. I'm LOVING how creamy/metallic it looks.

Botanical Blooms For You

What do you think of these gorgeous botanical blooms? In February here in Wisconsin we have lots of snow with no hint yet of any flowers. Seeing this pretty flower and dainty foliage is definitely turning my thoughts to gardening and thoughts of spring.

Card made with Stampin'UP!'s Botanical Blooms Bundle

Thats one fancy flower die. The flower is made from one die and it comes out as a single piece but the petals are partially cut so you can make them lift up.  Its a really pretty effect

Card made with Stampin'UP!'s Botanical Blooms Bundle

The product used on this card is the Botanical Bundle.  The interesting thing is that not only do the stamp set and dies match . . . but with this bundle the Designer paper is meant to be stamped on and die cut. This card has so much going on its hard to describe it all.  You know what, just watch this quick video (3:35) and you'll get the idea how this product bundle all works together.

This product list shows individual prices for the stamp set and die. You can also bundle the product to save 15%.  By the way, the reason the "Just for You" stamp set has no price listed is because its a free item when you place a qualifying order during Sale-a-bration.
