This card uses Stampin'UP!'s Breathtaking Bouquet
. . . heat embossed in white on a Pretty Peacock (color) background
The background stamp adds visual depth
There is also real depth with the birthday cake
stamped - colored - cut-out and raised using dimensionals

Those little double-sticky foam dots can really enhance a project.

A few other details to note:
- The sentiment was heat embossed in white on Vellum Cardstock
to make the sentiment stand out I put a black strip behind it - The background was heat embossed in white
The high contrast on this card really captures the attention.
