St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun

Punch Art Leprechaun Card for St. Patrick's Day using Stampin'UP!'s Bird Builder Punch
What do you think of this Punch Art Leprechaun?  Isn't he just the cuttest?  And so "dapper" in his houndstooth tie, too.  Definitely an example of the "wearin' of the green".

Are you a fan of punch art?  It certainly makes it easy when you're making images from parts if you can punch them rather than cut them.  Most of this leprechaun is punched.

The Hat is punched from a 1-3/8" square punch and the Modern Label punch (for the brim).  The gold glimmer paper flower was punched with the Boho Blossom Punch.

Most of his face, the eyebrows, nose and moustache were all punched from the bird builder punch.  Don't you think the bird wings make wonderful bushy eye brows? And how about that huge moustache from the bird body.

The materials used to make the Punch Art Leprechaun card for St. Patrick's dayThe tie is the only thing that was stamped. Its from a Stamp set called Dapper Dad. The tie was stamped in Gumball Green on Certainly Celery paper; then heat embossed in clear embossing powder and cut out by hand.

Here is another moustache man with the same punch, but his tie is a ribbon.

The St. Patrick's day sentiment is from a set called Teeny Tiny Wishes.  This great sentient set has 24 different greetings to choose from and they are all tiny - and interchangeable.  This could just as easily be a Birthday or thank-you card. Or even a Happy Retirement Card.
All those sentiments are in this versatile set.
