Snowman Favor Boxes

These cute snowman favor boxes will be the centerpieces for the work tables at our demo meeting this weekend.  Can't you just see them filled with yummy chocolate?  Somehow stamping is more fun when there's chocolate involved.

Construction is fairly easy because its all done with dies and punches.

The box itself is the Fancy Favor Die. Its such a cool die.  All the fold lines are scored by the die so all you have to do is fold and glue!

The mouth was punched with the Extra Large Oval Punch
The nose is one of the petals from the Blossom Builder Punch
The eyes and cheeks are punched with a 3/4" Circle Punch and the white line on the eyes was made with a white gel pen.
The handle was punched as a strip with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch.

Our demo meeting is timed to match the release of the new mini catalog.
The Spring Mini Catalog goes live today.  Did you get yours in the mail?

Contact me if you need a copy.
Of course you can always see the Spring Mini Catalog on-line too.
My snowman box uses some new product too. The "ear muffs" are a fun new Builder Brad.  They come 16 to a package (with 20 of the 3/8" epoxy bubbles in case you make a mistake).

It was super easy to put these brads together.  Just punch the circle and use Glue Dots to hold everything together.

Don't you love the "scrolly" design on these brads. I think they make great ear muffs for the snowman.

The ribbon is new too. Its a beautiful striped Organdy, 3/8" wide.  It comes in 3 colors:  Old Olive, Marina Mist and Melon Mambo.  We'll have a few of each color on our tables.

By the way, we welcome guests at our demo meetings.  Totally fun events, we stamp and trade cards.  And we meet often.  Contact me if you want to join us some time.  And be sure to check the class calendar for events near you.

Happy Stamping
