you can see how the decoration on the front
makes a bridge between the two sides
A Bridge Card is easy to make
* create symmetrical folds on the two sides
* the height of the original piece is "normal" card height (5.5" imperial)
* the width with 1 side folded is "normal" (4.25" imperial)
The bridge piece spans the width
with one side folded - and the other side flat
Its easy to decorate the card base
just fill in the spaces with designer paper and coordinating card stock
Once you've mastered the fold you'll be scanning your shelves
trying everything as a decoration for the bridge piece
The Ice Cream cones seemed like a perfect way
to celebrate mastery of a new fold.
Actually the ice cream scoop and the cone were both
punched from the coordinating Ice Cream Corner Designer Paper
(see product list at the end of the post)
