Here's a little fun project from several years ago 

. . . isn't it fun what you can do with punches?

An Uncle Sam punch art made with Stampin'UP! Punches.
This is the direction sheet.

I made this years ago and several of the  punches are retired. But you could easily substitute the Classic Label punch for the hat brim.

And for the mustache you could try either the Delightful Tag Topper Punch, or the Everyday Label Punch,  or perhaps even the Scallop Label Punch.
