The card has a classy look with the flourishing font of the Happy Birthday die.
Its extra eye-catching when cut from Sparkle Glimmer Paper.
Adding to the classy look is the contrast
between the black circle framing the flower flourish
on the bottom of the card,
and the subtle embossing over the whole face of the card.
One thing to point out about the rhinestone. Stampin'UP! sells a clear self-adhesive rhinestone which I consider to be a basic supply that every card crafter should keep in stock. You'll notice the rhinestone on this card is colored. You can color them to match the cardstock by using our Stampin'Blends, which are alcohol markers. They also accept color from a Sharpie marker. I'll have links to all the product used on this card at the end of the post.
There are so many beautiful ways to create art when combining shapes and different papers. If you're looking for options I encourage you to browse Stampin'UP!'s offerings of papers, punches and dies.
I hope I've inspired you to spend some time playing with shapes and papers. I'm
happy to answer questions about this or any other project.
