Wow Factor: Top Note Die Front Flap

Today I'm sharing a little "how-to" project:

You can add some "wow" to a card with a special shape for the front flap. 

The front flap of this card was cut with the Top Note die.

 

Directions:

• The base paper size is 4-1/4" by 7-3/4", scored at 2-1/4"
• Cut 2 Top Note shapes: one for the front flap and one for the inside of the card.
• Adhere the inside flap first
• Decorate the front flap, making sure the decoration will show below the folded over section
• place the decorated shape on top the piece you've already glued to the inside
  and then bring the small front flap down and adhere to the decorated piece

  

 

Special Features: The card is all one color: Always Artichoke. The special features are the shape that the Top Note Die gives to the front and the little bit of sparkle you get by adding the Rhinestones.
