Embossed Wedding Cake

One more wedding card - this one with a flowery cake. This is pretty easy to make with punches and Big Shot Embossing Folders. The cake is strips, 1-1/2" wide that were embossed with the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder and the Big Shot. The edges of the strips were punched with the Corner Rounder to make them look like a cake.

The leaves =  2-Step Bird Punch
the flowers = Boho Blossom Punch
Colors:
Certainly Celery
Elegant Eggplant
Wisteria Wonder
Whisper White

Other details: The layers are separated by a strip of the 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon in Very Vanilla. And each flower has a little self Stick Pearl.

We did this card at our local demo group meeting. Did you see the card I posted yesterday that was my trade card for this event?  This is one of the fun things about being a demonstrator - you get so many great samples from other demos. And the cool thing is that even the demos who can't attend, for what ever reason, can still trade with us. Even though they're not with us they still get samples and ideas and we benefit from their ideas and trades.  Contact me if you'd like more information about joining our group

Happy Stamping
