Sparkly Snowman

What do you think of this little guy? He looks just like he's made of real snow - he'd fit in well with the rest of the scene out side.

To make my snow man I used 3 different circle punches. The largest at the bottom to make the base of the snowman. Then I turned the cardstock and used the medium size hole punch and then the tinyest hole punch.  Then spread glue on the white base, attach the heart and sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds. Then glue on the blue piece and top off with the ribbon.  I'm almost done with a photo tutorial of this process.
