Engineered Cards: Free-Standing Pop-Up Card

Here is a picture of the 2nd card we're doing this week - a Free Standing Pop-Up CardIt folds flat to fit in an envelope.  When you pull the top tab the base folds out into a box that stands up by itself!  Very impressive.  This sample is not very fancy, just a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds on the candle flame.  I wanted the images to be simple for this class because attendees will be focusing on the engineering aspect of the card.  If you want to dress it up a bit try making the tab more fancy - make it into a flower or add ribbons.
Coming up Tomorrow:  an Easel Card
